Ready.Set.School! – Transition to School Guide for Early Childhood Practitioners

This course is part of a suite of Ready.Set.School! courses. The Transition to School Guide for ECP course provides an overview of the Transition to School process for Early Childhood Practitioners who work across various disciplines, such as early intervention/disability services, health, and allied health and more.

This course will cover:

• The community-wide approach to the transition to school
• The role Early Childhood Practitioners play in a community-wide approach to transition to school processes for children with a disability or developmental delay
• Useful practices to use when working with families and schools, and potential barriers in the transition to school
