Ready.Set.School! – Transition to School Guide for Early Childhood Education and Care Practitioners

This course is part of a suite of Ready.Set.School! courses. The Transition to School Guide for ECEC course provides an overview of the Transition to School process for Early Childhood Practitioners who work across within the early childhood education and care sector.

This course will cover:

• Useful practices to use when working with families and schools
