Ready.Set.School! – Transition Guide for Community Organisations

This course is part of a suite of Ready.Set.School! courses.  The Transition to School Guide for Community course provides an overview of the Transition to School process for community organisations who provide community programs to young children with disabilities and/or developmental delays or differences.

This course will cover:

• The community-wide approach to the transition to school
• The role community organisations play in a community-wide approach to transition to school processes for children with a disability or developmental delay
• Useful practices to use when working with families and schools
• Tips for making a child’s experience with community activities successful find out what support is available
